At Saison, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all invoice slips to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
